How This Goes Down
From your ref sheet to your doorstep. No surprises.

Browse & build your cart
Pick your items, choose sizes, and fill in jersey details. Add as many pieces as you want — your fursona details are collected once at checkout.

Submit & send $25 deposit
Upload your ref sheet, fill in your fursona details, and pay the $25 design deposit via Venmo (@kokurothewolf) or Cash App ($kokurothewolf) right at checkout. This locks your slot.

I design your piece
Once your deposit is confirmed I get to work. I'll send a full mockup within 3–5 business days via your preferred contact — email, Discord, TikTok, or Instagram DM.

Two rounds of revisions
Not feeling it? Tell me what to change. Two full revision rounds are included free. I won't move forward until you're happy with the design.

Approve & pay balance
Once you approve the final mockup, pay the remaining balance via Venmo or Cash App. Nothing goes to print until you've signed off and the balance is cleared.
06
Printed & shipped to you
Your piece ships directly from the print studio to your door. I'll send your tracking number the moment it ships — usually arrives in 5–7 days.

Yes — and it's free. Include the URL you want it to link to during checkout. The QR code gets designed into your piece (not slapped on top) so it looks intentional.
No formal ref sheet required — but the more detail you give me, the better. At minimum, I need 2–3 images of your fursona showing main colors and markings, plus your character's name and any specific elements you want included.
A $25 non-refundable design deposit is due within 24 hours of submitting — this locks your slot and covers design time. Once you approve your mockup, you pay the remaining balance and the order goes to print. You never pay full price for something you haven't seen and approved.
Yes — that's exactly what the cart is for. Add multiple items, customize each one, and submit them all at once. Bundles often save you money on shipping.
Every commission includes two free revision rounds. If the mockup needs changes, just tell me what to adjust. Additional revisions after the second are $10 each. I won't print until you've approved.
Yes — my print partner ships worldwide. International shipping varies by location. I'll let you know the shipping amount before you finalize.
